Nature Product LLP has been producing high-quality alcoholic beverages since 2002. The first batch was produced at the oldest factory in Kokshetau, which has a century-old history. The company is guided by high quality requirements, compliance with old recipes, continuous improvement of production and the search for new flavors. The plant’s and the product’s name have changed over the years, modern high-tech equipment integrated. Since 2010, the company has launched the production of premium vodka under the brand “Aidabulskaya”, which immediately gained a foothold in the market of wine and vodka products.
Today, the brand “Idabulskaya” is well known both in Kazakhstan and abroad. This time-tested vodka is famous for its high quality. There are more than 18 items in the range, which belong to both standard and premium classes. Each type of vodka has a unique taste and own recipe and technology. The water-alcohol mixture is blended with fruit, berry herbal infusions, honey, milk, coffee, and spices. Vodka lovers can try exclusive types, such as the “Shanyran” with honey and vanilla, the “Tengri” with a taste of dried apricots, the “Special” with honey and nutmeg, or the “Northern” with black currant aroma.
We constantly experiment with flavors and technologies, restoring old and creating new recipes based on high-quality natural ingredients. Thanks to this, “Aidabulskaya” vodka expands its fanbase round the world yearly.

BLEND
Ancient traditions insure quality for centuries! We use classic filtration method using modern equipment. After classic filtration through carbon batteries, Organic vodka passes a two-stage finishing filtration system.
Each blend is prepared according to an individually approved recipe. The quality of products is achieved by using natural ingredients, including honey, sugar, berry and fruit infusions, and constant step-by-step control.
Special attention is paid to the quality of the main raw materials – malt alcohol and water, which is purified by a reverse osmosis membrane system and UV light, which makes the product organic.
LABORATORY
The quality at each stage of production is controlled by modern laboratory. All product ingredients are inspected, modern highly efficient analytical equipment ensures reliability of the tests.
For example, the Agilent gas chromatograph allows the separation of the mixture into components, a modern fume hood is designed for safe work in the laboratory with acids and harmful substances, the photoelectric colorimeter device is used to determine iron ions in the water, determine the color and turbidity of the water, as well as nitrates. The pH meter is needed to determine the environment, and a portable afrometer is used to determine the carbon dioxide content in carbonated water and soft carbonated beverages. A refractometer is used to determine the sugar content in beverages.
Physico-chemical and microbiological studies are performed in the laboratory. We carry out microbiological analyses. The laboratory has a laminar box – a device for working with biological objects in sterile conditions, as well as a vacuum filtration device – a closed filtration system, drying cabinets for sterilizing laboratory utensils and a microscope.
Our experts – 4 laboratory chemists and 1 microbiologist, annually upgrade their skills, follow trends and are in constant search of relevant technologies and flavors. This is accomplished through organoleptic, physico-chemical and microbiological analyses of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
Modern automated tap lines rule out any damage to the final product. Additionally, the release of excisable products is controlled by metering devices that transmit data online. This is how the company conveys a fresh look at the taste of nature.
PACKAGING
High–quality and stylish packaging is the face of our business. That is why leading brands attach great importance to the proper packaging of alcoholic beverages and their safe transportation. They create an appropriate look for the goods, make them recognizable and attractive to buyers.
The corrugated cardboard production workshop is engaged in high-quality packaging of our products.
Corrugated cardboard paper is the packaging material used in the industry. It is low weight, low cost and high performance. One of the most common materials in the world used for packaging.
Today, corrugated cardboard is used in the industry and in trade. The overwhelming share of packaging containers is made of corrugated cardboard. This material has been specially developed to protect products from deformation and mechanical damage.
Corrugated cardboard consists of cellulose or waste paper and glue. This material beats plastic, which is high cost. Corrugated cardboard has become a popular choice due to the uniqueness of its properties. Its structure creates excellent cushioning, which helps transport the goods safely over any distance.
There is no need to use special technology to give the corrugated cardboard suitable shape. Almost any box is easily assembled with tape or a stapler. The container turns out low weight. Corrugated cardboard is in demand for transportation of products and things. Cardboard containers are easily disposed of, they are eco-friendly and do not emit harmful substances.
The only plant in the Akmola region for the production of corrugated cardboard and corrugated packaging was launched in Kokshetau in 2019. The production line has been successfully operating for 3 years. It meets the demands of “Nature Product” LLP and “Kokshe Susyndary” LLP, and supplies the produce to domestic companies.
The full cycle plant includes all stages of production: from raw materials to the production of ready-made cardboard packages with printing. The automated line allows you to apply logos of any complexity to products. The types of products are very diverse: from rolled corrugated cardboard, to boxes with complex die-cutting and color logo printing.
The plant uses modern, high-tech equipment. In addition, our experts apply the world’s best manufacturing practices.
Last but not least, the manufacturer always meets the consumer halfway. The cost of packaging of any size is calculated individually. The plant meets the demand for corrugated boxes in the whole of the Akmola region.
